TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLEANING SERVICES
Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC
Florida Limited Liability Company
Registration No.: L20000261031
2814 Bongart Rd, Winter Park, FL 32792, USA
Effective Date: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking, scheduling, accepting, or allowing the performance of any service provided by the Company, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, which may include:
- Regular residential cleaning;
- Weekly, bi-weekly, or other recurring cleaning;
- Deep cleaning;
- Move-in and move-out cleaning;
- Commercial cleaning;
- Carpet cleaning;
- Duct cleaning; and
- Other cleaning-related services specifically agreed upon with the Client.
The exact scope of each service is determined by the quotation, booking confirmation, service plan, invoice, or other written agreement between the Company and the Client.
Services or tasks not specifically included in the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
2. RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES
Clients receiving weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other recurring cleaning services reserve recurring time within the Company’s cleaning schedule.
Recurring appointments are allocated based on staff availability, location, travel requirements, and the Client’s normal service schedule.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Client’s usual cleaning day and approximate time. However, appointment times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Arrival times may vary due to traffic, previous appointments, staffing, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
3. WEEKLY CLEANING – CANCELLATION AND SERVICE CREDIT
For Clients enrolled in a regular weekly cleaning service, the weekly service charge remains payable if the Client cancels, postpones, skips, or is unable to provide access for the scheduled weekly cleaning.
This policy applies regardless of how much advance notice is provided because recurring weekly Clients are allocated a regular position within the Company’s schedule and staffing capacity is reserved accordingly.
However, the amount paid for the cancelled weekly cleaning will not automatically be forfeited.
Instead, the Client will receive a service credit equal to the value of the cancelled cleaning, subject to the following conditions:
a. The credit must be used within three (3) months from the date of the originally scheduled cleaning;
b. The replacement appointment must be selected from appointment dates and times offered by Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC;
c. Replacement appointments are subject to staff and scheduling availability;
d. The Client cannot require the Company to provide the replacement service on a particular date or time;
e. The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund;
f. The credit may not be transferred to another person or property without the Company’s prior written approval;
g. Any unused credit automatically expires three (3) months after the original scheduled service date; and
h. If the replacement service requested is more extensive or expensive than the original service, the Client must pay the difference.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer multiple alternative appointment times from which the Client may select.
4. OTHER CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Unless the Client is subject to the Weekly Cleaning policy above, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge of $25 or another cancellation amount disclosed at the time of booking.
Where employees or contractors have already travelled to or arrived at the property, the Company may charge an additional call-out or service charge where appropriate.
5. CLIENT ACCESS / LOCKED PROPERTY
The Client is responsible for ensuring that our cleaning personnel can safely and promptly access the property at the scheduled time.
Access may be provided through:
- The Client or another authorized person;
- A key;
- Lockbox;
- Door code;
- Building concierge;
- Smart lock; or
- Another method agreed with the Company.
If our personnel cannot access the property, including because of a locked door, incorrect access code, unavailable key, security system, building restriction, or absence of an authorized person, the appointment may be treated as a Client cancellation.
For recurring weekly Clients, the weekly fee will remain payable and the service-credit provisions in Section 3 will apply where applicable.
6. ALARMS AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
Clients must provide accurate instructions for any alarm, security, access-control, or gate system that must be operated to access or leave the property.
The Company is not responsible for alarm charges, security-company charges, police call-out fees, HOA charges, or similar expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, expired, or changed access instructions supplied by the Client.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
The Company may accept:
- Credit or debit cards;
- Electronic payment;
- Cash;
- Bank transfer; or
- Other approved payment methods.
For recurring services, the Client may authorize the Company or its payment processor to charge an approved payment method for scheduled services in accordance with the agreed billing arrangement.
Any applicable Florida sales tax or other legally required tax may be added to taxable services.
Past-due balances may incur a late charge of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Client remains responsible for unpaid invoices and any lawful costs reasonably incurred in collecting overdue amounts.
8. QUOTATIONS AND ADDITIONAL WORK
Quotes are based on information supplied by the Client and/or the reasonably visible condition of the property.
If the actual condition of the property materially differs from the information supplied, the Company may:
- Adjust the price;
- Adjust the estimated cleaning time;
- Recommend a deep cleaning;
- Exclude certain areas; or
- Decline to perform work outside the originally agreed scope.
Additional work requested while cleaners are on site may incur additional charges and is subject to available time.
9. FURNITURE AND HEAVY ITEMS
Moving furniture is not included in the standard cleaning service.
Our personnel are not required to move, lift, carry, disassemble, or rearrange:
- Sofas;
- Beds;
- Tables;
- Cabinets;
- Refrigerators;
- Washing machines;
- Appliances;
- Televisions;
- Heavy furniture;
- Large decorative objects; or
- Other heavy, bulky, fragile, or potentially unsafe items.
Cleaning will normally be performed around or underneath furniture only where the area is reasonably and safely accessible without moving the item.
If the Client requires cleaning behind or underneath furniture, the Client must arrange for the furniture to be moved before the cleaning appointment.
Our employees and contractors may refuse any lifting or moving activity that they reasonably consider unsafe.
10. FRAGILE, VALUABLE AND SENTIMENTAL ITEMS
Clients must secure or remove valuable, fragile, irreplaceable, sentimental, antique, collectible, or unusually delicate items before cleaning begins.
This includes, without limitation:
- Jewelry;
- Cash;
- Artwork;
- Antiques;
- Collectibles;
- Electronic devices;
- Important documents;
- Fragile decorations; and
- Items of significant sentimental value.
The Client must inform the Company before service begins of any item requiring special handling.
11. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, deterioration, instability, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance.
Examples include:

- Peeling paint;
- Worn flooring;
- Damaged appliances; and
- Improperly installed fixtures.
Where practical, our personnel may photograph apparent pre-existing damage before or during service.
12. DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any alleged loss or damage caused during cleaning must be reported to the Company as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 24 hours of completion of the service.
The Client should provide photographs, video, receipts, invoices, or other reasonable evidence where available.
Reporting damage does not constitute an admission of liability by Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC.
The Company must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage before the Client arranges repairs or replacement, except where emergency action is reasonably necessary to prevent additional damage or danger.
Where the Company accepts responsibility, it may, where reasonable and lawful, elect to:
- Repair the item;
- Arrange professional repair;
- Replace the item with a reasonably comparable item;
- Reimburse reasonable repair costs; or
- Refer the matter to its insurer.
13. PETS
Clients must notify the Company of animals at the property.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that pets are safely controlled during the cleaning service.
The Company may refuse to enter or continue cleaning any property where an animal presents a reasonable safety concern.
The Company is not responsible for pets escaping from unsecured doors, gates, cages, enclosures, or other areas unless directly caused by the Company’s negligence.
14. CHILDREN AND OTHER OCCUPANTS
Clients are responsible for supervising children, guests, contractors, and other occupants while cleaning is being performed.
Cleaning equipment, wet floors, electrical equipment, chemicals, and other materials may create temporary hazards.
Clients should keep children and animals away from active work areas.
15. UNSAFE OR UNSANITARY CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if our personnel reasonably believe that a property presents unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or materially undisclosed conditions.
These may include:

- Threatening or abusive behavior.
Specialized remediation or biohazard cleaning is not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
16. CLEANING PRODUCTS AND SURFACES
The Company may use professional or commercially available cleaning products considered reasonably appropriate for the relevant surface.
The Client must inform the Company before service begins of:
- Allergies;
- Chemical sensitivities;
- Special surface treatments;
- Manufacturer-specific cleaning requirements;
- Delicate materials; or
- Products that must not be used.
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed manufacturer restrictions, defective surfaces, previous chemical treatments, deterioration, or incorrect product information supplied by the Client.
17. CLIENT-PROVIDED PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT
If the Client requests that the Company use cleaning products, chemicals, tools, or equipment supplied by the Client, such items are used at the Client’s request.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that Client-supplied products and equipment are appropriate, safe, properly maintained, and suitable for their intended surfaces.
18. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC is committed to providing professional cleaning services.
If the Client believes an agreed cleaning task has not been completed satisfactorily, the Client should contact the Company within 24 hours of completion of the service.
Where appropriate, the Company may:
- Return to address the relevant area;
- Provide an appropriate service credit; or
- Apply a discount to a future service.
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the circumstances.
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:
- Pre-existing conditions;
- Permanent staining;
- Damage;
- Normal wear;
- Tasks outside the agreed scope;
- Areas that were inaccessible;
- Results that cannot reasonably be achieved through normal cleaning; or
- Repeated complaints relating to a condition previously disclosed as not reasonably correctable through cleaning.
19. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED
Cleaning results depend upon factors including the condition, age, material, previous maintenance, staining, contamination, and wear of the relevant surface.
The Company does not guarantee removal of every stain, mark, odor, discoloration, mold condition, mineral deposit, grease deposit, pet stain, or other condition.
20. PHOTOGRAPHS
The Company may take photographs of areas being cleaned where reasonably necessary to:
- Document pre-existing damage;
- Document the condition of the property;
- Verify completed work;
- Investigate a complaint; or
- Support an insurance claim.
Photographs containing personally identifiable or sensitive information will not knowingly be used for marketing without appropriate permission.
21. PERSONAL PROPERTY
The Client should not leave cash, jewelry, financial documents, weapons, prescription medications, or other unusually valuable or sensitive property unsecured in areas being cleaned.
The Company should be notified promptly if the Client believes property is missing following a service.
22. SERVICE PERSONNEL
The Company determines which employees, contractors, or cleaning teams perform each service.
Although the Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity for recurring Clients, the Client is not guaranteed a particular cleaner or cleaning team.
23. SERVICE TIMES
Any service duration provided to the Client is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Actual cleaning time may vary according to property condition, access, additional requests, staffing, traffic, and other circumstances.
24. WEATHER, EMERGENCIES AND FORCE MAJEURE
The Company will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform services due to circumstances reasonably outside its control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Hurricanes;
- Flooding;
- Government orders;
- Road closures;
- Power outages;
- Natural disasters;
- Public emergencies;
- Staff emergencies; or
- Other force majeure events.
Where reasonably possible, the Company will offer an alternative appointment.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the provision of cleaning services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Company maintains liability insurance subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, and coverage limits of the applicable insurance policy.
Any reference to insurance coverage does not constitute an admission that a particular incident or claim is covered by insurance.
26. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY CONDITION
The Client is responsible for maintaining the property, furniture, fixtures, appliances, utilities, and other items in a reasonably safe condition.
The Company is not responsible for losses arising from defects, deterioration, poor maintenance, improper installation, structural conditions, or hazards that existed before the Company’s service.
27. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate service where reasonably necessary because of:
- Non-payment;
- Repeated cancellations;
- Unsafe conditions;
- Harassment or abusive behavior;
- Materially inaccurate information supplied by the Client;
- Illegal activity;
- Uncontrolled animals;
- Repeated inability to access the property; or
- Material breach of these Terms.
Outstanding amounts remain payable notwithstanding termination.
28. RECURRING SERVICE AND TERMINATION
Recurring cleaning arrangements continue according to the schedule agreed with the Client until cancelled or modified in accordance with the applicable service agreement and these Terms.
Any automatic-renewal arrangement will be administered subject to applicable Florida law.
Where applicable, automatic renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and required notices will be disclosed to the Client.
Termination of an ongoing recurring arrangement does not cancel amounts already due for services, reserved appointments, or other charges properly incurred before termination.
29. COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
Commercial cleaning arrangements may be subject to separate proposals, statements of work, contracts, service schedules, minimum terms, cancellation requirements, and payment terms.
Where a separate written commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specifically negotiated written agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
Applicable sales tax will be charged where required by Florida law.
30. COMMUNITY AND AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC may offer promotional pricing, community programs, referral arrangements, or affiliate programs.
Participation may be subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.
The Company may modify or discontinue promotional or affiliate programs prospectively at its discretion, subject to any existing written agreement.
31. WEBSITE AND DATA SECURITY
The Company takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through its website and payment systems.
Clients must not attempt to interfere with, gain unauthorized access to, damage, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Company’s website, systems, booking tools, or payment infrastructure.
Payment processing may be performed by independent third-party payment processors and may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
32. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with bookings and services may be used for purposes including:
- Scheduling;
- Customer communication;
- Billing;
- Payment processing;
- Service administration;
- Complaint handling;
- Security;
- Record keeping; and
- Compliance with legal obligations.
The Company will handle personal information in accordance with applicable law.
33. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from cleaning services provided by Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceedings shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or venue requirements imposed by applicable law.
34. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
35. NO WAIVER
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
36. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will apply prospectively after publication or communication to the Client, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual rights.
Material changes affecting recurring services will be communicated where required by law.
37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, recurring-service agreement, or separately signed service agreement, constitute the agreement between the Client and Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC regarding the applicable cleaning services.
38. ACCEPTANCE
By booking, confirming, paying for, or accepting cleaning services from Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.
