These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by Z0LTAN SPARKLING LLC, registered in the United States under Registration No. L20000261031. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Zoltan Sparkling LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning. All services are performed by trained and insured professionals.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the issue, and, where appropriate, apply a discount to your next scheduled cleaning service booked by the same client. This guarantee does not apply to recurring or unresolved complaints from previously serviced jobs.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Late payments may incur a fee of $25 or 5%, whichever is greater.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Zoltan Sparkling LLC holds public liability insurance up to $2,000,000. While our cleaners take the utmost care, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty fixtures or installations.

6. Access and Safety

Clients must provide safe access to the property during the agreed service time. Any hazards or health risks must be disclosed beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

7. Community & Affiliate Programs

Zoltan Sparkling LLC offers special pricing for community cleaning projects and provides an affiliate program for community leaders. Contact us to learn more about how you can partner with us and earn rewards.

8. Website and Security

Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption (COMODO secured) to protect your personal and payment data. You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with our website’s functionality.
